In the Adelaide suburb of Mile End, a Self Storage conversion is underway as Kennards Self Storage secures another managed site in South Australia.

The property is nestled 1km down the road from our Thebarton Centre and will mark our 7th property in Adelaide. Located at 11 Congdon Drive Mile End, the immediate surrounding area comprises of a mixture of residential, light industrial, intensive retail and office type uses.

The property, owned by Cohen Group is a modern 24/7 access storage centre offering 258 storage spaces.

The centre has a favourable mixture of storage units, a large outdoor area to accommodate vehicles and some unused office space providing plenty of room for expansion when the time is right. The centre is one of the few so close to Adelaide’s CBD that can offer parking for cars, larger vehicles, caravans and boats.
