Kennards Self Storage Starts Construction at Pymble

Kennards Self Storage will open its 82nd site in Sydney’s leafy Northern Suburb of Pymble before the end of August 2014.

The Australian Government Analytical Laboratories once occupied this building using it for scientific and chemical analysis of materials, soil, liquids and sediments. The property sits on a land area of approximately 2.91 acres making it ideal for a storage facility. The transformation has already begun, stripping out the old lab in preparation for another state of the art purpose built Kennards Self Storage facility.

The artist’s impression of the building highlights a contemporary building that makes a cool and funky statement. The storage facility will show off the typical orange and blue Brand colours that Kennards Self Storage is well known for.

Only 13.5km’s from the Sydney CBD the new storage facility will suit business and personal storers located in the Upper North Shore. Ideal for customers in the surrounding suburbs of St Ives, Turramurra, Killara, West Pymble, Waitara, Gordon, Lindfield and Roseville.

The facility located at 1 Suakin Street Pymble will adopt new digital CCTV surveillance monitoring and individualy alarmed spaces. In addition, the complex will be enclosed with a fully gated area. Access is only available through the individual PIN code access.

Tony joined Kennards in 2011, bringing over 23 years’ experience in the retail industry. Tony’s career began with Coles Supermarkets, working his way through all levels of management and departments. Following this he became a franchisee to the Michel’s Patisserie chain of cake and coffee shops. Moving on from becoming a franchisee Tony was a franchise consultant for Michel’s Patisserie and the Boost Juice Bars group. Through these roles he has had extensive experience developing and managing people, bringing these skills to his role with Kennards. Tony’s interests includes watching and playing tennis, yum cha and anything food related.
