Kennards self-storage is pleased to announce the opening of their new self-storage centre, nestled in the leafy suburb of Pymble. This state of the art storage centre is located at 1 Suakin Street Pymble. Come on down and say “Hi” to the Team, Steve and Varsha.

The building was previously The Australian Government Analytical Laboratory. After acquiring the building, it has gone through a major transformation to a new state of the art storage centre.

The blue and orange Kennards building at the top of the hill of Suakin Street cannot be missed as you drive up. The new building and the landscaped garden adds colour and vibrancy to the area.

The centre has a wide range of features including:

• The size-it room commonly referred to as the disco room, (you cannot miss this as you drive in) has different space sizes laid out across the walls and floor. This is simple for customers to choose the ideal space for their needs.
• Ample parking leading into the open retail area.
• Extra wide covered loading dock.
• Spaces ranging from 1sqm to 70sqm’s
• A wide variety of individually alarmed spaces to meet residential and business needs.

Customers have access to their units at any time that suits them as this is a 24hr facility. Simply enter your personalised PIN number at the gate, this controls access to the centre and also deactivates the individual alarm on your storage space.

Further security enhancements include back to base alarm monitoring, CCTV and patrol response. The Kennards Team also back that up with daily lock checks and comprehensive weekly audits.

Residential Customer’s:
For residential customers their move is made easy through easy to navigate corridors with simple to use trolleys and equipment. Also economical rates are available on the basement and lower levels.

Business Customer’s:
Business customer’s benefit through the availability of an air conditioned Wi-Fi equipped meeting room and innovative “Hot Desks” allowing that busy storer to stay connected whilst on the go; making great use of the docking stations to charge their laptops and phones while having a complimentary coffee or tea.

The centre also has car, boat, caravan and RV storage, with wide turning bays.

The loading dock offers a raised section and a ground section. The raised section is ideal for unloading those bulky goods straight off the back of a truck or ute. The ground section allows for vehicles to back up to the loading point and unload straight from your car to the many trolleys available.

A wide range of boxes, packaging and moving supplies are available in the Kennards Box Shop. Customers can choose new boxes at a discounted rate, Kennards will even buy them back after you have finished. There is often a selection of greatly reduced second hand boxes available as well.

Kennards strives to make the moving experience easy, finding the space that suits your needs. They have also removed unnecessary administration fees and when you move out will refund all unused rent.
