Kennards Self Storage New Project In Truganina Breaks Ground

Having recently opened a 13th location in Melbourne, Kennards Self Storage have commenced work on another project in Truganina.
The new storage centre is Located on Leakes Road in the growing western suburbs. Kennards received Council approval in July to build a massive 13,212 GFA square metre self storage centre.
Work has commenced on stage 1, including over 7,236 GFA square metres of storage space with 496 storage units and a large retail store to serve customers and offer moving boxes and packing supplies.
The new storage centre will be neighbouring a new homemaker centre under development by Cadence Property.
Opening is expected for May 2020.
