With only a week to go, Kennards Self Storage centres around the country are filling up with customer’s online deliveries. Partnered with ParcelPoint, customers are enjoying the unique service to ensure they never miss another delivery.

Online shopping more popular than ever Kennards Self Storage has partnered with the team at ParcelPoint for a the Click & Collect service.

The concept is simple. Shoppers now have the option to have goods delivered to an alternate address, just choose your closest Kennards. Our team will accept delivery on your behalf and customers are sent an SMS notification when the goods have arrived. Deliveries are held ready to collect at a time that suits.

For many consumers, this means they can pick up their delivery during their lunch break, after work, or over the weekend with all centres open 7 days a week.

We love how excited customers are when they come to pick up their online deliveries. This time of year we’ve seen customers picking up their new outfit to wear on Christmas day, gifts they’ve purchased for a loved one, colleague or friend. Best of all they beat the “We’re Sorry You’re Not Home Message” and don’t have to worry about finding a park at the Shopping centre! (If you have been to the shops this week that’s something to celebrate in itself)
