Kennards Self Storage will be opening its new centre at St Marys this summer. The state of the art storage centre is conveniently located on 69-73 Christie Street, St Marys. The centre is expected to open late November 2016.

The blue and orange Kennards building cannot be missed as you drive down Christie Street. The new building and the landscaped gardens add colour and vibrancy to the area. The St Marys centre will cater for the growing population building in the western suburbs of Sydney.

The centre has a wide range of features including:

• The Size-It Room commonly referred to as the Disco Room, has different space sizes laid out across the walls and floor. This makes it simple for customers to choose the ideal space for their needs.

• Ample parking leading into the open retail area.

• Enterprise Spaces commonly known as “Mini Warehouses”.

• A wide variety of individually alarmed spaces to meet residential and business needs.

Customers have access to their units at anytime that suits them as this is a 24hr facility. Simply enter your PIN number at the gate, this controls access to the centre and also deactivates the individual alarm on your storage space.

Further security enhancements include back to base alarm monitoring, CCTV and patrol response. “Our Team back that up with daily lock checks and comprehensive weekly audits” Operations Manager Tony said.



Residential Customer’s:

For residential customers their move is made easier through easy to navigate corridors with simple to use trolleys and equipment. A wide variety of storage units to choose from including; driveway units, ground floor and lift access units.

Business Customer’s:

Business customers benefit through the availability of a Wi-Fi equipped meeting room and innovative “Hot Desks” allowing that busy storer to stay connected whilst on the go.

St Marys Enterprise spaces known as “Mini Warehouses” are proving to be a much desired option for many businesses including; new start up businesses, online businesses, the busy tradie and more. These sizes can range from 30sqm up to 100sqpm, with wider roller doors and increased ceiling height. These units are also installed with an individual power meter, lights and power point.

Payment is also made easy with no bonds, no bank guarantees and no fixed lease terms. Customers only pay one months rent in advance, any unused rent is pro-rata refunded when the customer moves out. Customers appreciate that they only pay for what they use.

A wide range of boxes, packaging and moving supplies are available. Customers can choose new boxes at a discounted rate, Kennards will even buy them back after you have finished. There is often a selection of second hand boxes available as well.
