Kennards Self Storage recently completed construction and opened its 5th Adelaide location. Located at 1 Days Road Croydon Park, at the intersection of Torrens Road, offering convenient access for residents and business North West of Woodville, Pennington and Port Adelaide; to the South East it’s a short drive to Brompton and North Adelaide; while North along Days Road people at Ferryden Park and Regency Park will find the location very easy to get to.

Kennards Self Storage are experienced self storage developers and in this project undertook an innovation adaptive re-use of an aging warehouse building. The project involved adding an extra level throughout the 5,000 square metre warehouse.



On completion the storage centre will boast 6,475 square metres of rentable space, and 624 storage spaces. In addition, Kennards will be installing a high security Firearm Storage vault at Croydon Park.

The Croydon Park centre is the company’s 5th in Adelaide. In 2017, Kennards opened in Seaford Meadows. The company also has locations at Klemzig, Thebarton and Panorama.

Later this year, KSS will open its 6th Location, at Adelaide Airport.

The latest Kennards project at Days Road Croydon Park will be equipped with extensive security and surveillance systems. A comprehensive colour digital CCTV will be installed and every storage unit will be individually alarmed.
