Real poor form I moved out after ten years over 50k spent there Very rude and abrasive staff I moved immediately after being humiliated in the front office by staff member I would not even give one star he argued with me on moving g out as said had sent me email, only after looking said forgot to send lol 😂 Never use this place not recomend

I understand falling into arrears can be distressing. To avoid late fees and calls regarding overdue accounts our teams always encourage our customers to pay month in advance. I do however understand how this conversation may of felt uncomfortable.

Zake HDGreat facility, staff were all friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Walked me through the process as this was my first time using storage and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! I would happily use this storage again if I need to in future 10/10 (plus they refunded any excess time that I had paid for, because I only needed to store my things for a short time)
