--A huge shoutout to the dynamic duo, Nerissa & Janice, at Kennard's Virginia for their exceptional customer service! I recently had transferred my belongings to another Kennard's facility and encountered an issue with my new billing account, but Nerissa went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently, with a friendly and helpful attitude throughout the entire process. They truly made me feel valued as a customer during my time there, and are unmatched when it comes to assisting customers with their outstanding competency, also evident by the impeccably maintained facility.
