The multi-storey state of the art facility has a broad selection of sizes to suit both commercial storage and residential storage customers from surrounding areas such as Morningside, Hemmant, Cannon Hill, Tingapla, Balmoral, Seven Hills, Bulimba, Wynnum, Manly, Carina, Camp Hill, Belmont and Carindale.

Simon CoulterI had issues with an ex-housemate and needed to move the remainder of their stuff out of my place so that they would not keep hounding me in dribs and drabs to get some of their belongings as it suited them. I was actually surprised at how cheap Kennard's storage fees are and that they could accommodate everything I needed, including separate access codes for both of us (so that they couldn't accuse me of ever going back to the locker and taking stuff once I'd moved it all in - it's all monitored) and the ability for my ex-housemate to take over ownership of the container at any time. Kennards could also arrange for the goods to be handled by them as uncollected goods if they were not collected by a specified date that I was no longer prepared to pay storage beyond and the owner had been informed of it ahead of time. It's almost like they'd dealt with this kind of thing before! The staff was excellent to deal with and they provided me far more help than I expected. Thoroughly recommend using Kennards Murrarie to everyone who needs any form of storage, they've got bespoke options for nearly every need.
