Paul's girlfriend had the belongings from her apartment on McDougall Street removed and stored here February 2024. She had to abruptly leave the unit complex because of travel plans and a family emergency. Unfortunately, when she went to retrieve them May 2024, there was no longer a padlock on the storage centre. The lock had been replaced with a different lock. According to the staff member, Nelson Tapei had taken over the storage unit. I asked who helped him remove the contents from that storage Unit and the staff member stated it was Slade Wormington. He lives at 201/35 McDougall Street Milton, Sienna Apartments. Unforunately, those contents don't belong to Slade Wormington. So, I'm not certain why he removed them from the storage unit for Nelson. There were numerous family photo albums in that storage unit. Why Slade Wormington has these photo albums is unbeknownst to me. He's not a member of that family. He also shouldn't be perusing them at his leisure, which he admitted in an email. Also, I wasn't living in the country from July 8th-December 10th 2024. So, I'm uncertain as to why he expected me to fly to Brisbane to have a meeting at QCAT, September 10th, 2024. I was staying in hotels from January 10th-July 8th 2024. Hotels aren't regulated by QCAT, they also have no relevance to the RTA. Threatening something with a QCAT hearing after they've buried a family member is INEXCUSABLE, IMMORAL and PUNITIVE. My grandmother's death had no relevance to the RTA or QCAT. Alarming myself and members of her family about a fallacious QCAT hearing was unnecessary. It's incomprehensible why I would attend a QCAT hearing regarding Nelson Tapei's occupation of a Storage room or Slade Wormington's obsession with throwing my belongings in the garbage.
