Kennards Self Storage at Winbourne Road Brookvale is a purpose-built modern and immaculately clean centre, providing the best solution for people in the greater Manly, Clontarf, Balgowlah to Dee Why area. The centre has been specifically designed and built for superior access - there is an abundance of ground floor spaces and upper levels are easily accessed by generously sized lifts.
The building is five levels, purpose-built for self storage. It is fully compliant for fire safety with completely operational fire hose reels, hydrants and detection system for early warning to the NSW fire brigade. In addition, the building is completely fitted-out with fire safety sprinklers. All fire safety systems are regularly tested and maintained to ensure they operate properly.
